Emergency Service, I was waiting for them to drop the bomb, extra charges fees or mysterious service that needs to be done, but hasn't happened. So far, our experience at Toledo Auto Care has been outstanding. Who can argue with a free oil change for starters, and then your recommended service on our transmission and power steering was priced very competitively with Tireman where we normally take our cars. I was pleasantly surprised when I returned for that service, fully expecting to be waiting 2 hours, and the service was done in only 1 hour. Not to mention, the clean office, nice/comfortable waiting room, and free Starbucks coffee are VERY nice touches indeed! :) We were also impressed by the mirror hanger that was left in our vehicle telling us who worked on it. We really appreciate the personal attention, email, phone calls, and the letter you sent in the mail. And we especially thank you for the $20 gift certificate! My wife & I talked it over, and we have decided we would much rather give our business to a locally owned establishment such as Toledo Auto Care. "Best Auto Care in Toledo" This the cleanest auto shop I've ever been to. Even the restroom is spotless. The prices are way lower than Midas and the staff is very trustworthy. They told me to hold off on some repairs that would have been very expensive. These are the only mechanics in Toledo I'll deal with from now on. Oh, they even offered to drop me off anywhere I needed to go. Wow!

"Excellent" I appreciate how I'm treated a TAC. All repairs are fully explained and price quoted for my approval before they're completed. I love the shuttle service they provide to get me to work and just found out that they have a rental car program available now in case my repairs can't be finished and I need to have a vehicle. This is a great family run business and I refer it often.

I can go anywhere to get repairs done. But, I go to TAC because their service goes beyond handing back the keys. Here, I get patient technicians who answer my questions, pick off/drop off shuttle service, clean facilities and a "hot cup of coffee" while I wait.
